One resilience-immersive day with Lorca.

In a single day, inside and out, we clear out fog, press a midday reset button, and install supported actions, structure, and mindsets to set who you want to be in the next six months or six years as our world changes around and with us.  This is your day given to one lens -- "How am I now moving forward with the greatest ease and impact as a resilient human?"  Answering this question is the path into non-linear growth, generosity without sacrifice, and a new, poised serenity that is yours to savor.

You can reinvent this kind of change in less than a day.  A day is a lot.  But you can't not take time and focus to reset clarity and direction, pretend you did, and be surprised when you are more tired and fuzzy and coping in the months down the road.  That sounds a little absurd, really.  This is important, yes?  You are important.

A schedule that works for every guest.

The Day's Itinerary

We use this itinerary as a guide, and flex it to spend time where and when you need.

  • 9 AM:   Arrive on this Montana river farm.  Relax and settle and belong here with me.  Snacks and drinks are provided all along.

  • The Joy Village:  We're going to explore a new mental village, the hospitable inhabitants of which have been my generous guides back into joy and resilience for decades.

  • Noon: A party in your mouth fresh from the farm, with local and seasonal ingredients.

  • After Lunch: Field, river, and farm time to talk, sketch, write, and enjoy the creatures we meet along the way.

  • Dates with Elephants: What do you crave and yet avoid?  Silence?  Solitude? Slowness?  Stillness?  Let's go on a date...

  • 4:30 PM:   You head back home...or to dinner...or to one of the hot springs... anything lovely you can devise to allow this beautiful newness to settle in.

Spaces are limited. Allow yourself help to forge your resilient path forward.

Burnout is reversible.

You aren't who you were a year ago. Our world continues to change, it will not be taking us "back to normal", and many old tools and ways are clearly not meeting our new needs.  Your most powerful skills now are not your professional ones, but in how you meet change.  You do this with a strengthened sense of self and priorities, renewed energy, and a vibrant and resilient avenue of being in the world.

Meet Lorca

I've got you.  I am building epicenters of resilience into the world as I design, curate, and use a long-tested resilience toolbox that allows you to keep giving beautifully so you will meet your hard things with new resilience, wisdom, and warmth.  And fun!

As your resilience coach, my job is to take you into some inner landscapes you have not yet navigated, using skills you are growing in, and then to bring you home safe, refreshed, and illuminated.

Testimonials

“What a gift it was to work with you. I doubt that I would be here in Indonesia if it were not for your timely nudging and encouragement at a time when I was stuck and feeling overwhelmed. You helped me find the warrior within and also be gentler with myself. It was very telling when my boss told me in mid-July, “You are sparkling, Nina. You seem really happy!” I was happy because I was liberated from my daily stress and instead was dictating the terms of my work and more importantly, I was excited about the grand adventure on the horizon for my family! Our time together helped make my mental transitions that laid the groundwork for the change possible.””

Nina Jaeger — Director of Major Gifts, Yellowstone Park Foundation

“There is a peace, serenity, and an inspiring sense of being found when experiencing a resilience immersion into the private world that Lorca is willing to share at her beautiful family farm.

A day in this magical place evokes an experience filled with precious nurtured creatures, collected treasures both simple and complex, and whisks you away from the norm opening your mind to find and create and understand more completely the village and tarns that are your current life.

There is something in this place that nurtures a freedom of thought and opportunity, and being here lifts and welcomes you to release your creative inner thoughts to a new way of acknowledging that which has held you back.

I cannot recommend enough this experience of resilience guidance. It has impacted me in so many ways that I wasn't expecting and the tools Lorca shares in such a personalized way allows you to truly forge ahead towards a more fulfilling and resilient future filled with joy, opportunity, compassion, and creativity.”
